At our plants, we aim to expand and scale up dust suppression and irrigation applications by making effective use of rainwater. Within this scope, we plan to install meter systems to track the amount of water collected in the settling ponds that store rainwater. Through this project, we will contribute to our sustainable production goals while protecting our natural resources.

Circular Water Management and Rainwater Harvesting: Through the rainwater collection systems we have implemented at our Şanlıurfa and Kurtalan plants, we support the natural water cycle. Thanks to this innovative approach, we not only achieve water savings but also aim to prevent carbon emissions by reducing the energy needed in the processes of transporting and treating water.

At all our cement plants and ready-mix concrete facilities, our investment work and projects for storing rainwater and using it primarily in the process are ongoing.

Together with all the work we carry out on water management, we are taking important steps in the field of sustainable water management and efficiency, and advancing with determination toward minimizing our adverse environmental impacts.
