For this reason, the health and safety of our employees is among the most fundamental elements of our business continuity and operational performance. Our double materiality assessment likewise demonstrates that occupational health and safety is one of our most critical priority areas, both in terms of financial impacts and in terms of impacts on our employees and society. Accordingly, we regard the health and safety of our employees as a core value and manage occupational health and safety as an integral part of all our activities.
Through our OHS Policy, we cover not only our permanent and temporary employees but also employers, contractors and subcontractors, thereby expanding our sphere of influence. By effectively implementing the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System across all our facilities, we adopt a holistic approach that identifies and brings risks under control in advance. In order to ensure the continuity of safe working environments, we treat OHS as one of the strategic elements of our corporate sustainability.
