Critical issues are reviewed by relevant departments and, when necessary, discussed at the senior management level. Our Supply Chain, Sustainability, Finance, and other related units work in coordination to monitor risks and plan actions.
To support resilience, we evaluate alternative supply options, diversify our supplier portfolio, and track orders, deliveries, and performance indicators through digital systems. We strengthen operational continuity through contracts, stock planning, and improvement projects with our suppliers.
